We are a family-owned and operated construction company located in the south metro of the Twin Cities. Our mission is to provide professional, reliable, and responsive service on every job. Whether it's a small repair, remodeling an existing space, or bringing a new build to life, we tackle the task efficiently and professionally, tailoring it to our customers' needs and wants.
Our company began as a passion project for Mike and his oldest son, Logan. After years in the industry, we decided to build something of our own - rooted in craftsmanship, integrity, and the kind of service we’d want for our own homes. Mike has worked in residential construction and the closet/storage industry since 2000, and Logan serves as a company partner, helping lead projects from start to finish. Mike’s youngest son, Zak, is also on the team and helps with day to day operations and projects.
Every project we complete is done honestly, professionally, and to the highest standard. We believe clear communication and transparency throughout the life of a project are essential to delivering a final result that our customers are happy with.

We are proud to be EPA Lead-Safe Certified Renovators, committed to protecting the health and safety of our clients and their families. This certification means we follow strict guidelines and approved work practices designed to minimize the release of hazardous lead dust during construction, renovation, and repair projects.
Lead safety is especially important when working in homes or facilities built before 1978, as these structures are more likely to contain lead-based paint. Disturbing these materials without proper precautions can release dangerous lead particles into the air and surrounding environment. Federal law requires all renovation, repair, and painting firms (including sole proprietorships) working in housing, or facilities where children are routinely present, built before 1978, to be certified.
Lead exposure is particularly harmful to children aged 6 years and younger, are more vulnerable to its toxic effects. Even low levels of lead exposure can cause serious health issues, including developmental delays, learning difficulties, and behavioral problems.
